Yoga for woman
Yoga for Woman the complete woman in you
Today’s woman plays a more pivotal role in the family, community and society than ever before. Her expanding foray in various walks of life demands more physical endurance, emotional stability and mental strength. Time management is yet another crucial factor and keep most women away from adopting an exercise regime. Yoga is a simple yet most effective answer to it. With no special equipment required, this regime can be adopted at any time, with no demanding physical conditions. This regime can be continued without any consideration from place. Many yoga postures don’t even require women leave their work stations. The physical anatomy of women make it all the more important to follow a regime to stay healthy as the age increases.
Yoga helps in increasing flexibility, improving coordination, and extending range of motion. It is a good routine for the cardio, respiratory, and circulatory systems and is especially helpful to alleviate the lower back pain common in women before menstruation and during pregnancy.
Yoga can help ease the pain that goes with Menstruation, stress, fatigue and ensure an easier child delivery. Yoga poses are also designed to tone and exercise the muscles of the body to eliminate excess fat, and make it even more flexible and stronger.
During the first trimester of pregnancy, standing Yoga Poses are advised as this helps to strengthen the legs, promote circulation, generate energy, and may reduce leg cramps. It is also suitable to do some stretching such as the hamstrings stretch to avoid backache. During the second and third trimester, one may reduce the time spent for practicing the yoga asanas to prevent fatigue and overwork. Post this duration, yoga should not be practiced.
Menopause is yet another stage a woman goes through. It is accompanied by various physical and emotional changes. This is attributed by drastic change in hormone secretion patterns. Practicing yoga in these stages can reduce the aftermath. The weakening of bones can be avoided that is caused due to reduced absorption of calcium after menopause. In our various sections we have listed the various poses and bandh that can be practiced in accordance to problems that surface. In additions to remedial initiative, one should try to incorporate yoga in the early stages of life for youth and endurance. ============================ 🧘♀️ YOGA FOR WOMEN
