PranLok

Spiritual Wellness Platform

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PranLok, a spiritual and wellness platform operated by PranLok, Duplex No. 1, Sai Siddha Homes, In Front of Holy Cross School, Bairagarh Chichli, Kolar Road, Kolar, Bhopal – 462042, Madhya Pradesh, India(“PranLok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the PranLok seeker app, healer app, or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your use.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

You may register using your Indian mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP), or via a supported social login provider. You may optionally set a password after your first OTP login. Registration requires you to affirmatively check a consent checkbox confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy (including its no-refund provisions) — this consent is a mandatory precondition of account creation on both the seeker app and the healer app, and is recorded against your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Two Roles — Seekers & Healers

PranLok operates two distinct apps: a Seeker App for individuals seeking spiritual/wellness guidance, and a Healer App for practitioners offering consultations. The same phone number may be registered as both a seeker and a healer account — these are treated as separate accounts with separate profiles and sessions.

4. Healer Services & Disclaimer

Healers on PranLok are independent practitioners, not employees or agents of PranLok. PranLok acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting seekers with healers and facilitating bookings, payments, and communications.

Medical disclaimer: The spiritual guidance, wellness recommendations, Tattva (element) analysis, kundali reports, AI-generated insights, and any other content provided through the platform are forself-reflection, spiritual growth, and general wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychological counselling, fortune-telling, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or hear on PranLok.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or harm any other user, healer, or PranLok staff.
  • Share content that is obscene, hateful, violent, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our servers.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data from the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or the experience of other users.

6. Payments, Wallet & Billing

PranLok facilitates payments for healer consultations (voice/video calls and chat sessions), e-commerce product orders, and group/subscription plans. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers (Razorpay for UPI/card payments). We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN.

Seekers may add funds to a prepaid wallet (in Indian paise). Wallet balances are used to pay for per-minute healer call/chat sessions, which are billed based on connected minutes. A temporary hold (reservation) is placed on your wallet balance during an active session and finalised once the session ends. Unused minutes resulting from disconnections or failures are re-credited per our billing logic.

You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise noted.

7. Refund Policy

PranLok operates a strict no-refund policy. Amounts charged for healer consultation sessions (voice/video calls and chat), group sessions and subscriptions, and e-commerce product orders are final once billed — PranLok does not accept product returns and does not issue refunds except for failed transactions as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By checking the consent checkbox at registration, you expressly agree to this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other intellectual property on the PranLok platform (including both apps and the website) are owned by or licensed to PranLok. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission. Content you upload (profile information, photos, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app profile screen or via our web page at /delete-account, using your registered phone number or email. Deletion is not immediate: your request is reviewed and must be approved by our team before it takes effect, and your account remains fully active in the meantime. Once approved, a 90-day grace period begins — your account is deactivated, all sessions are revoked, and you cannot log in with a password. You may restore your account within 90 days by logging in with OTP. After 90 days, your personal data is permanently anonymised. We retain transaction and financial records as required by applicable law. Wallet balances not restored within 90 days are forfeited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PranLok and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PranLok in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PranLok, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
