1. Professional Standards

As a registered healer on PranLok, you must hold the relevant qualifications and certifications for the practices you offer. You agree to deliver all consultation sessions with utmost professionalism, ethical standard, and care.

2. Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your profile name, bio, experience years, qualification details, documents, and banking information accurate and up to date at all times. Any false representation may result in immediate suspension.

3. Administrative Approval

Healer accounts are subject to review and verification by the PranLok administration. The team reserves the right to approve, reject, or request updates to any healer credentials before allowing live session bookings.

4. Booking and Cancellation

You agree to define and update your availability slots accurately. In case you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must notify the client and system within the specified window. Excessive cancellations may lower your rating and platform status.

5. Consultation Fees & Payments

Consultation fees are collected by the platform on your behalf and remitted to your provided bank account details after deducting the standard platform commission.
